Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Global Security Operations Center Manager to lead a shift-based GSOC, coordinating policy, people, and technology for life-safety and security across sites. You will drive process improvements, manage cross-team collaboration, and report on security metrics.

The role requires extensive experience in corporate security, leadership of a control center, and strong communication skills to partner with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Corporate Security or similar role, with at least 2 years leading a corporate control center.
• Experience with access control platforms, video management systems and incident management applications/software.
• Proven ability to manage complex people, process, and technical projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Experience developing, implementing and managing control center programs.
• Ability to gather and analyze data to create useful metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and maintenance of GSOC policies and procedures with stakeholders.
• Lead the team with strategic direction and hands-on guidance for shift issues.
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and alignment of shift responsibilities.
• Supervise implementation of new technologies and business processes to improve efficiency.
• Drive strategic planning to scale GSOC capabilities with growth and changing needs.
• Build and motivate cross-functional teams around life-safety and resilience.
• Monitor and report KPIs per client MSA.
• Ensure compliance with client expectations and policies; notify stakeholders rapidly.
• Provide enterprise detection and coordinated response to security, safety and business continuity events.
• Develop security services metrics and related reports.
• Support field security specialists and program stakeholders.
• Stay at the front edge of industry best practices for control center security.
