Ladders, on behalf of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space, seeks a Global Security Services Business Operations Manager to oversee global security operations support with a strong focus on planning, budgeting, and long-range financial management.

This cross-functional role drives process improvement, strengthens training and education efforts, and helps align priorities across multiple security disciplines, supporting operational effectiveness, accountability, and risk awareness across

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft products

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan development, budget planning, and long-range financial forecasting
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Simplify and improve security policies and procedures
• Establish and enhance security education and training programs
• Coordinate priorities across security disciplines to improve collaboration
• Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to support accountability and risk identification
