Job summary

DiliTrust in Philadelphia is seeking a results-oriented CSM-Project (Onboarding) professional to lead end-to-end implementations, from contract to go-live, across 5–8 projects concurrently. You will guide change management for enterprise clients, configure our product, run customer trainings, and coordinate with R&D and data migration teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SaaS or software implementation project management in a client-facing role.
• Ability to keep stakeholders aligned and timelines intact in challenging projects.
• Speak strategy with General Counsel and configurations with IT architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery on strategic implementations 3 to 12 months: scope, planning, resources, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Guide change management for enterprise clients to adopt new workflows and ways of working.
• Own the configuration and setup advisory with deep product knowledge across the full suite to deliver tailored implementations.
• Run customer training sessions adapted to different user profiles at each stage of the project.
• Be the face of DiliTrust during the implementation phase and foster a lasting partnership beyond go-live.
• Coordinate across R&D, Application Support, and data migration specialists for smooth integrations.
• Apply an agile project management methodology and build business fluency in the legal domain.
