Job summary

DiliTrust is seeking a CSM-Project (Onboarding) professional in the Philadelphia area to manage end-to-end deployments from contract signature to go-live and beyond. This role oversees 5–8 concurrent projects, guiding stakeholders and cross-functional teams through complex transitions.

You will own configuration advisories, deliver hands-on implementations, and conduct trainings for business, IT, and executive users. Travel is required up to 15% for milestones and site visits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing SaaS implementations in a client-facing role.
• Experience keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned.
• Fluent in both languages; able to discuss strategy with leadership and configurations with technical teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.
• Ability to ask the right questions and bring solutions, not just updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery on strategic SaaS implementations (3–12 months).
• Guide change management for enterprise clients.
• Own configuration and setup advisory with deep product knowledge.
• Run customer training sessions for different user profiles.
• Be the face of the company during implementation, fostering lasting partnerships.
• Coordinate with R&D, Application Support, and data migration teams for integrations.
• Apply agile project management tailored to each client’s complexity.
• Build business fluency in legal operations and governance for executives.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 10–15%).
