Job summary

Traild is expanding its enterprise onboarding practice, delivering complex SaaS implementations for a growing client base. You will own scoping through go-live, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and client teams to ensure successful adoption and measurable value.

The role requires strong project management, senior stakeholder engagement, and a hands-on, execution-focused mindset in a fast-paced, global growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management, scoping, timelines, risk management, and delivery accountability.
• Experience with ERP or accounting integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise SaaS implementations across multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Own the end-to-end client journey from onboarding through to successful adoption and measurable value.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors to build trusted relationships.
• Provide user training, technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed client insights into the roadmap and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain momentum in complex environments and keep implementations on track without escalation.
