Stripe is seeking an experienced marketing leader to own global partner marketing strategy for SaaS platforms and AI partners. You will lead a global team, define multi-year operating models, build relationships with partner leaders, and scale programs that drive partner-sourced pipeline and product adoption.

This role requires building long-term direction, high autonomy, and data-driven prioritization to maximize impact across regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B marketing with partner/ecosystem focus.
• Global strategy leadership across regions.
• Experience leading distributed marketing teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year vision and global SaaS/AI partner marketing strategy.
• Lead a global team across APAC, AMER, and EMEA.
• Build relationships with partner CMOs and Stripe leaders.
• Own end-to-end GTM for priority partnerships from market to demand generation.
• Use insights to identify ecosystem opportunities and shape strategy.
• Create scalable partner programs and co-sell motions across regions.
• Govern market development funds and measure impact with dashboards.
