Stripe is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing leader to own the global strategy for SaaS platform and AI partners. You will guide a global team, shape market opportunities, and drive partner-sourced pipeline.

15+ years in B2B marketing including partner/ecosystem marketing.
Global strategy experience across regions with measurable outcomes.
Experience leading a distributed team and coaching talent.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with autonomy.
Proven ROI-focused budget management and financial judgment.

Responsibilities

Set the multi-year global partner marketing strategy for SaaS platform and AI partners.
Lead and develop a six-person global Partner Marketing team across APAC, AMER, and EMEA.
Build relationships with partner CMOs and Stripe leaders; align global and regional priorities.
Own go-to-market strategies for priority partnerships, from market opportunity to demand generation.
Use insights to shape Stripe’s partner narrative and influence product go-to-market priorities.
Establish governance for funds, create dashboards, and drive resource allocation for impact.
