Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced, strategic marketing leader to own Stripe’s global partner marketing strategy for Services, GSIs, and Technology/ISV partners. You’ll lead a global team, define multi-year operating and investment models, and build influential relationships with partner and Stripe leaders to drive partner-sourced pipeline and product adoption.

Qualifications

15+ years of B2B marketing experience with partner/alliances focus.
Experience leading global marketing strategy across regions and scalable operating models.
Experience building and leading distributed marketing teams and coaching talent.
Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with high autonomy and stakeholder alignment.
Proven ability to manage significant budgets or market development funds and evaluate ROI.

Responsibilities

Set multi-year vision and global strategy for Services, GSI, and Technology/ISV partner marketing.
Lead and develop a high-performing global team across APAC, AMER, and EMEA.
Build trusted relationships with partner CMOs and Stripe leaders to align priorities and investments.
Own differentiated partner programs and integrate them into Stripe campaigns and regional initiatives.
Shape value propositions and turn success into scalable playbooks for partners and regions.
Establish governance for market development funds and a performance framework with data-driven decisions.
