Stripe is seeking an experienced marketing leader to own global partner marketing strategy for SaaS platform and AI partners. You will lead a global team, define long-term operating models, and partner with executives to drive partner-sourced pipeline and product adoption.

You will build scalable programs, shape the partner narrative with insights, and manage budgets across regions to maximize impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including partner/ecosystem/alliances marketing.
• Global marketing strategy across regions with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building and leading a distributed team.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with autonomy.
• Proven ROI-driven budget management and portfolio trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level clarity.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year vision and global strategy for SaaS platform & AI partner marketing.
• Lead a global team of six Partner Marketing professionals across APAC, AMER, EMEA.
• Build trusted relationships with partner CMOs and Stripe leaders; align global and regional teams.
• Own end-to-end GTM strategies for priority partnerships and demand generation.
• Leverage insights to shape Stripe’s partner narrative and priorities.
• Establish governance for market development funds and performance dashboards.
