Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation, to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management with an AI-native operating model. You will drive process redesign, establish guardrails for responsible AI, and partner with the central AI team to scale intelligent workflows across the organization.

You will champion a build-once, reuse-everywhere strategy, align risk and compliance requirements, and deliver measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong working fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end—vision to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Background in risk, compliance, or a regulated domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the AI-native transformation of Circle's Global Risk Management (GRM).
• Coordinate with central AI teams and business units to define processes and guardrails.
• Drive the build, adoption, and measurable impact of AI applications within GRM.
• Develop reporting on the transformation roadmap, progress, blockers, and outcomes.
• Represent GRM priorities in enterprise AI forums and share infrastructure needs.
