Job summary

ElevenLabs is expanding its global enterprise initiatives and seeks a founding leader for the RFP Engine. You will define how we pursue major opportunities, shape win strategy, and build the AI-first processes that scale across sales, product, security, legal, and executives.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll start with a small global team and scale it over time, driving strategic responses, coordinating senior stakeholders, and turning complex bids into repeatable, high-impact wins for ElevenLabs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading strategic enterprise RFPs.
• Fluent with AI-enabled tooling and automation in bids.
• Ability to mobilize executives and cross-functional teams against deadlines.
• Strong commercial judgment and deal evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global RFP strategy and playbook.
• Build and mentor a small global Proposals team.
• Collaborate with sales, product, security, legal, and executives to craft winning responses.
• Advance processes and tooling to scale repeatable pursuits.
