Capital Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Strategic Client Relationship RFP Manager within Global Client Services. You will lead, coach, and develop a multi-location team responsible for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, partnering with Sales, Product, Data, Legal & Compliance to align strategies and drive efficiency.

You bring 8–10 years of progressive RFP experience, leadership across locations, and deep expertise in process governance, content strategy, and AI-enabled proposals.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in RFP, proposal management, or client servicing.
• You've led and scaled high-performing RFP teams across multiple locations.
• You bring deep expertise in RFP, RFI, and DDQ processes, including content governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a multi-location RFP team responsible for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Data, Legal & Compliance to align stakeholders and strategy.
• Drive content quality, proposal strategy, and scalable processes leveraging AI and automation.
