Lightspeed is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to lead global Revenue, Planning, Forecasting, and GTM tools and systems. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to shape strategy and drive performance across the organization.

The role requires 8+ years in Strategy/FP&A/GTM Ops with strong leadership and data‑driven decision making. A flexible, high‑growth environment offers equity, remote work options and a focus on performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategy, FP&A, GTM Operations and people management.
• Experience in global SaaS sales environments and cross‑functional leadership.
• Strong data analytics and decision‑making能力 (English).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Revenue Operations, Planning, Forecasting, Sales commissions and GTM tools and systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to shape GTM strategy and planning.
• Drive annual revenue operations planning cycles and align cross‑functional initiatives.
• Develop processes and technologies to support global revenue growth.
• Build and manage a diverse, high‑performing remote team.
• Influence executives and senior leaders to prioritize high‑impact initiatives.
