Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a seasoned Compensation Operations leader to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a ground‑floor role focused on scaling compensation programs, building scalable processes, and ensuring GTM teams are paid accurately and on time.

You'll collaborate across Legal, HR, Finance and Sales Leadership to design governance, automate payouts, and develop dashboards that enhance visibility. This remote role offers global impact and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Compensation Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable operational processes.
• Foundational analytical skills, with proven SQL expertise.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptive, proactive problem-solving with day-one autonomy.
• Ability to balance strategic context with execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable compensation processes and payout cycles.
• Administer compensation plans and ensure accuracy across GTM teams.
• Partner with Legal, HR, and Finance for approvals, audits, and governance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve visibility and trust in compensation programs.
• Manage compensation inquiries and build self-service resources.
