ElevenLabs is hiring an Operations Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for key operations functions that keep our company running and scaling globally. You’ll identify, attract, and close exceptional talent across People, Finance, Legal, IT, and other core teams.

You’ll shape role strategies with business leaders, elevate hiring standards, and drive an outstanding candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting for operations or cross-functional roles.
• Ability to manage multiple global searches with competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for Operations roles across global regions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to refine requirements and success signals.
• Manage multiple complex searches focusing on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, outreach, and referrals.
• Be an ambassador for ElevenLabs to shape candidate impressions and reflect company values.
