ElevenLabs is scaling globally and seeks a leader to own and evolve compensation and total rewards strategy across 46+ countries. You will design systems, evolve job architectures and leveling, manage equity programs, and partner with Finance and Legal to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

This role is ideal for a data-driven, hands-on leader who can balance global consistency with regional relevance while enabling fast growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards.
• Experience designing and scaling global compensation systems.
• Ownership of equity programs.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.
