Salesforce seeks a Senior Director to lead the Global Acceleration Hub for Revenue Cloud & Spiff, driving delivery acceleration, practice strategy, and workforce readiness. You will supervise product implementation experts and align product roadmaps with field delivery, ensuring scalable, high-quality customer outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Global Delivery to elevate standards, accelerate adoption, and build repeatable delivery assets across the organization.

Formación

• 10+ years of leadership experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Domain expertise in Revenue Cloud, Quote-to-Cash, Sales Transformation and Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building and scaling delivery organizations; strong executive presence.
• Ability to translate delivery concepts into business terms and drive GTM strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the strategic vision and operating model for Revenue Cloud and Spiff services.
• Drive practice health, growth, scalability, and operational excellence across the team.
• Lead cross-functional engagement with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Represent the practice in executive briefings, governance discussions, and industry events.
