Job summary

Volvo Financial Services is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to provide cross-functional support across Retail Operations, including Doc Fund Book, Collateral Administration and Customer Service. You will support documentation, funding, and post-closing servicing for equipment transactions and work on-site in Greensboro, NC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive sales/customer service/loan or lease operations experience in finance.
• Credit, accounting, and pricing knowledge is a plus.
• Experience handling customer issues with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and audit documentation preparation and execution for contract packages.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to implementations.
• Record all retail financing transactions in the contract management system.
• Support internal and external customers with high service levels.
• Resolve customer contract inquiries with accuracy and urgency.
• Assist in contract and asset management tasks including insurance, titles, UCC.
• Help ensure security interest perfection and titling for all collateral.
