Job summary

Volvo Financial Services, the finance arm of Volvo Group, seeks an Accounting Analyst Senior in Greensboro, NC. You will handle accounts receivable, cash application, and select accounts payable tasks, joining a team that enhances customer satisfaction through precise payment processing.

The role reports to the Manager of Cash Applications, requires a BA/BS in Accounting (preferred) and 3+ years’ experience in cash application or AP within financial services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in cash application or accounts payable, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Post daily cash receipts (lockbox, wire, speed pay, ACH) with accuracy.
• Balance daily cash and maintain sound internal controls.
• Process customer refunds and vendor setups.
• Respond to internal/external requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Support audits by providing timely data to auditors.
