Volvo Financial Services, the financing arm of Volvo Group, seeks an Accounting Analyst Senior in Greensboro, NC. You will support accounts receivable, cash application, and select accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate payment posting and timely responses to inquiries.

Responsibilities include posting cash receipts, balancing cash, analyzing payment histories, and maintaining internal controls. Requires BA/BS in Accounting and 3+ years in cash application or AP, plus strong Excel/Power

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in cash application or accounts payable, preferably in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Post daily cash receipts and balance daily cash.
• Process customer refunds and invoices; respond to internal/external requests.
• Develop, issue and file annual Form 1099s.
