Job summary

The Volvo Group is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to join our on-site team in Greensboro, NC. You will provide cross-functional support across Doc Fund Book, Collateral Administration and Customer Service, handling contract documentation and funding tasks for transport equipment transactions.

With 3+ years in finance operations or related field, you will drive accuracy, timely processing, and a strong focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in business or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in finance operations or loan/lease servicing.
• Credit, accounting and pricing knowledge is a plus.
• Experience resolving customer issues with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and audit documentation preparation and execution with dealers, customers, and counsel.
• Record financing transactions in the contract management system for invoicing.
• Provide superior service to internal and external customers and resolve contract inquiries.
• Assist with insurance, titles, UCC and contract file management.
• Support cross‑functional teams to improve customer experience and processes.
• Help define business requirements for system design and testing.
