Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. seeks a Training Manager to lead international training programs and education across regions and franchise networks. You will develop, coordinate and roll out training materials, and collaborate with operations and franchise teams to ensure consistent standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in training or multi-unit supervision, a BA/BS preferred, and travel. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in training or multi-unit supervision.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and DMV report.
• Passport or ability to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Field training experience in retail/restaurant preferred.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; process improvement.
• High level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develops procedures, training guides, and operational standards for restaurant tests and system rollouts.
• Partners with International Operations Management to determine training needs and modify guides.
• Analyzes opportunities and develops strategic international solutions for licensees.
• Develops education sessions and evaluates training effectiveness.
• Designs training strategy plans within timelines and budgets.
• Oversees mandated management training for new franchisees.
• Works with Franchise Business Consultants to certify training locations.
• Coordinates and manages opening support for new market entry and teams.
• Ensures licensees maintain current training materials and manuals.
• Coordinates training requests and leads onboarding for franchisees.
• Participates in discovery days with potential franchisees.
• Exercises independent judgment in matters of significance.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as required.
