Job summary

Confidential is seeking a seasoned Field Training Leader to drive the strategy and execution of training across a multi-unit restaurant operation. You will design and continuously improve training programs, partnering with Operations and HR to close capability gaps and support leadership development.

You will lead a team of Field Training Specialists, coach managers, and measure impact via KPIs. Travel up to 25% domestically and oversee openings and onboarding for franchises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive restaurant or retail operations experience.
• 2+ years leading multi-unit training initiatives.
• Experience coaching managers and driving measurable operational improvements.
• Knowledge of learning technologies, instructional design, and training methodologies.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead training execution across a multi-unit restaurant operation.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve restaurant and field training programs.
• Partner with Operations and HR to identify capability gaps and develop action plans.
• Lead and coach a team of Field Training Specialists and training/content professionals.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.
• Lead training for new restaurant openings and franchise onboarding.
• Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and performance data.
• Support product launches and other operational initiatives.
• Travel approximately 25% domestically.
