Job summary

CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc is seeking an International Restaurant Excellence & Training Manager to lead training strategy across countries, roll out new products, and raise operating standards.

The role partners with International Operations Management, develops education sessions, coordinates openings, and ensures manuals and materials are current. Domestic travel up to international locations is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Must have valid Driver's License and an acceptable DMV report.
• Must have a valid Passport or be able to obtain one.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish speaking preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops procedures, training guides and standards for restaurant tests and rollouts across countries/regions.
• Partners with International Operations Management to determine training needs and review procedures.
• Analyzes opportunities and develops international solutions to support licensees.
• Creates education sessions and delivers in-person/online instruction; evaluates effectiveness.
