Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Management Teams across the district, ensuring high performance of General Managers and GMTs/GMITs, and delivering exceptional guest service.

The role focuses on maximizing profit, enforcing company policies, training staff, and implementing process improvements, with strong emphasis on communication, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in restaurant operations.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and DMV report.
• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management experience.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results.
• High level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensures each Restaurant Management Team consistently provides a quality product and customer service experience that delivers total Guest satisfaction.
• Continuously works to improve the skills, knowledge and morale of General Managers and GMTs/GMITs; ensures training needs are met.
• Maximizes financial performance and profit.
• Ensures business and personnel practices are within the law and consistent with Company policies and procedures.
• Models and encourages Company shared values.
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills; communicates with all levels of internal and external management.
• Attends training to remain current on industry trends.
• Participates in company meetings, webinars and conference calls.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
