Job summary

Rubrik seeks a Global Resource Leader to build and lead resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services Organization. You will establish systems and processes that align NAM, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring consistent data and scalable capacity.

You will partner with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to enable global stakeholders, drive PSA automation, and manage a sub-contractor ecosystem to scale globally. This role reports to the VP of Global Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in resource management, capacity planning, or PS ops using PSA and AI.
• Direct experience leading a sub-contractor ecosystem.
• Proven success building resource management systems for Global PS business.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Extensive cross-functional experience across global teams and boundaries.
• Strong understanding of BI, AI, and process automation in global services context.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services Organization.
• Drive operational alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC with defined global processes.
• Champion PSA as the system of record to automate capacity planning and reporting.
• Ensure harmonized data feeds leadership for global decision-making.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to deepen cross-functional process ownership.
• Manage and lead a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of the consulting team.
• Provide executive reporting on utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution.
