Job summary

Rubrik seeks a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and lead resource management and capacity planning for its Global Professional Services. You will align NAM/EMEA/APAC, drive governance, implement PSA, and ensure data integrity for global decision-making.

The role requires 7–10 years in resource management or PS operations, with proven leadership of contractor ecosystems and cross-functional collaboration at the executive level. A CS/engineering/business degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or PS operations.
• Experience leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of a delivery team.
• Seasoned in global resource planning for a professional services business.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Extensive cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
• Solid understanding of BI, AI and automation in a global services context.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate a global resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's PS org.
• Drive standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, APAC regions.
• Champion PSA implementation to reduce manual effort and accelerate cycles.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeding leadership for decisions.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, HR to enable global stakeholders.
• Lead sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of the internal team.
• Provide executive visibility on utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent mix.
