Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and lead resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services org. You will align NAM, EMEA, and APAC, drive process standardization, and implement an effective PSA system of record.

You will partner with the VP and senior leadership to ensure data integrity, cross-functional enablement, and optimized capacity across global delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations using PSA’s and AI.
• Direct experience leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of a Consulting/Delivery team.
• Demonstrated success building a global resource management/capacity planning system for a professional services business.
• Executive-level exposure, with ability to present data and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional partnering across global teams and operational boundaries.
• Solid understanding of operational systems, BI, AI, and automation in a global services context.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services.
• Drive global process standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Champion design and adoption of a PSA system of record to reduce manual effort and accelerate cycles.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeds for leadership decision‑making.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, HR, and leadership to enable global stakeholders.
• Lead Sub-Contractor ecosystem management and seamless integration with internal teams.
• Provide executive reporting on utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution.
