Rubrik seeks a leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) across the partner ecosystem, ensuring compliance and scalability. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle management, from recruitment to ongoing performance monitoring, and partner tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners.

The role demands strategic thinking, executive presence, and proven program management across global teams, with a focus on partner success and services excellence.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in Professional Services partner program development and management.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Industry expertise in building and managing partner enablement for a global PS business.
• Experience partnering across diverse global teams including GSI, MSP, and SI environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field; practical experience welcomed.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Build and manage the Rubrik PS Partner Enablement program (RPSP).
• Governance & Compliance: Enforce participation requirements to meet high service standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align enablement goals with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering.
• Partner Ecosystem Enablement: Develop tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners to scale enablement.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and evolution of the program.
