Job summary

Rubrik is seeking an innovative Services Engineering Leader to drive the lifecycle development of professional services offerings, packaging, and delivery playbooks that accelerate customer value across the Rubrik portfolio.

As a core member of the Global Professional Services Leadership Team, you will bridge product strategy and field execution, collaborating with Product Management, Product Engineering, Global Practice Leaders, Consulting Leadership, and PS Delivery teams to ensure offerings

Qualifications

8–10+ years in Service NPI, Services Productization, or Solution Engineering in a global SaaS/Enterprise/Cyber Resilience company.
Proven track record taking complex enterprise services from concept to global field execution.
Demonstrated ability to influence across matrixed organizations with Product Mgmt, Product Engineering, and Field Services.
Experience presenting to VP-level and above and driving strategic initiatives.
Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data management, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity frameworks.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Design & launch standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings, playbooks, and delivery methodologies.
Partner with Product Management and Product Engineering to build service packages and deployment frameworks.
Continuously evaluate and refresh the PS portfolio based on field feedback and market trends.
