Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). You will drive the program lifecycle, recruit and onboard partners, and ensure compliance while collaborating across PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering.

This role requires 7-10 years in PS partner programs, executive presence to influence senior stakeholders, and a track record building scalable partner enablement for a Global Professional Services

Qualifications

• Experience: 7-10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Executive Presence: Significant experience with executive-level interaction, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic program initiatives.
• Industry Expertise: Demonstrated success in building and managing partner enablement systems for a Global Professional Services business.
• Organizational Navigability: Experience partnering across diverse global teams and operational boundaries, including GSI, MSP, and SI environments.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is welcomed.
• Program Management: Understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows within a global services context.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP).
• Governance & Compliance: Enforce program participation requirements to meet Rubrik’s service standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align enablement goals with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager.
• Partner Ecosystem Enablement: Develop and scale partner tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, and program evolution.
