Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Repair & NPI Deployment Leader to spearhead development and deployment of new repairs and tooling for our Global Onshore Wind Services & Installation business, focusing on crane-less MCU.

You will liaise across Operations, Tooling Centers, EHS, Wind Engineering, and Product Engineering, leading validations, training, and global deployment while ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Willingness to travel 50% including international travel.
• Liftra Self Hoisting Crane development or execution experience.
• Crane-less Major Component Exchange development or exchange experience.
• Major Component Exchange and/or Installation field execution experience.
• LEAN, Six Sigma certification or equivalent quality certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Global Services & Projects and Wind Engineering for tool/repair process development and deployment.
• Lead global validations and beta testing with cross-functional teams to ensure timely trials and data collection.
• Drive action plans from validations and implement continuous improvements.
• Establish global training requirements and a strategy for new tool/repair products, including curriculum and sessions.
• Oversee full operational deployment with cost/benefit alignment, procurement planning, and logistics.
• Provide on-site and remote technical direction to resolve uncertainties and ensure safety, quality, and standards.
• Lead lean/cKaizen efforts and develop new standards to improve SQDC.
• Drive development and global deployment of new repair processes and tools.
