Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in wind energy or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Willing to travel approximately 30% and work at active wind project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of wind turbine repowering projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.
• Manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, suppliers, utilities and stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, change orders, and contractual/commercial issues.
