Job summary

GE Vernova is looking for a Repair & NPI Deployment Leader in Boston, Massachusetts, to lead the development and deployment of innovative repairs and tooling for the Global Onshore Wind Services. This role involves close collaboration across various teams and leading training sessions worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering along with significant engineering experience as well as exceptional analytical and project management skills. This is a traveling position requiring 50% travel time, including international travel.

• Lead the development and deployment of new repairs and tooling for Global Onshore Wind Services.
• Act as the primary liaison for tool/repair process development.
