Job summary

TechSoup is a global nonprofit social enterprise using technology to improve lives. We seek a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s social presence, scale paid campaigns, and manage our online community ecosystem.

You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, manage international paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta), and coordinate with Wrike and HubSpot for cross-functional marketing. Remote, US nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Hands-on experience using Wrike to manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture tracking, social publishing, or CRM integration.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager for targeted campaigns and budgets.
• Creative ability for clean visuals using Canva, Adobe CC, or Figma; strong copywriting in professional, mission-driven tone.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organic social strategy across multiple channels and regions.
• Scale international paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta) to drive leads, registrations, and engagement.
• Manage online communities, respond to conversations, and nurture brand advocates.
• Use Wrike and HubSpot to align campaigns, track leads, and report performance across channels.
