Job summary

Realogy seeks an International Assignment Consultant II with a focus on remote, end-to-end relocation coordination. You will act as the single point of contact for all phases of international moves, leveraging Cartus products and services and maintaining data accuracy across systems.

Responsibilities include managing CAD reports, nurturing internal and external relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve services and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience with international relocation is required.
• Experience living or working abroad is preferred.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience required.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload and serve as single point of coordination for all phases of international relocation activities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus products and services in interactions; deliver Cartus products and services per standards, programs and policies.
• Manage CAD report to ensure service status maintenance and move milestones.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with internal Cartus departments and external suppliers.
• Manage and maintain data within Cartus systems to meet audit requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in services, processes and policies.
• Recognize opportunities to generate increased revenue.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
