Job summary

Realogy in Kentucky seeks an International Assignment Consultant II to guide assignees through relocation, coordinating shipments, destination services, and expense management while upholding Cartus and client standards.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients, advise on program benefits, ensure data accuracy, and maintain strong communication, planning, and problem-solving to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relocation work experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related business experience in customer service in relocation field.
• Relocation experience with client contact required.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of international assignments for the client, delivering exceptional service to assignees and families.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus services and deliver them per standards.
• Counsel assignees on using program benefits effectively.
• Identify process improvements to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain data in Cartus systems to meet audit requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide proactive customer service and issue resolution.
• Support documentation and reporting requirements.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize relocation experiences.
• Maintain professional and compliant interactions with all parties.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to organize schedules and communications.
