Job summary

RELO Direct is seeking an Associate Client Service Manager to deliver domestic and international relocation services for corporate and government clients. You will manage timelines, communicate effectively, and ensure policy compliance while seeking opportunities to upsell services.

You will handle a diverse caseload, mentor teammates, and help meet key performance metrics to drive revenue growth. This role requires proactive problem-solving and strong relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks for authorized relocation services, including counseling and entitlements.
• Perform policy and entitlement counseling within program parameters.
• Audit relocation expenses against policy and regulations and advise transferees.
• Serve as primary client contact and deliver consultative solutions achieving service and cost goals.
• Maintain records with data integrity and protect sensitive information.
• Mentor and train colleagues; participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Contribute to client relationships and business development initiatives.
• Leverage customer feedback for process improvements and SWOT analyses.
