Job summary

Genpact is seeking a strategic leader to strengthen relationships with CPG sales teams and craft go-to-market plans that accelerate growth. You will design profitable commercial models, build data-driven promotional strategies, and collaborate with senior Sales and Ops leaders to win and deliver on new deals.

The role emphasizes driving growth while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence, with opportunities to identify automation and process improvements across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in commerce, economics or finance and a Master of Business Administration or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with CPG sales organizations and design go-to-market strategies.
• Design creative commercial models to enhance Genpact’s value proposition and drive revenue growth.
• Build and implement data strategies for promotional planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations leadership to drive new deals and ensure delivery.
• Manage cross-functional client issues with timely responses.
• Develop growth strategies balancing financial success and client satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence through governance and prioritization.
