Job summary

BOS Staffing is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to lead the recruiting organization and drive growth. You will manage a distributed team in the U.S. and offshore, building capacity, raising delivery standards, and owning operational accountability.

The role partners with ownership on growth strategy, headcount planning, and delivery capacity, ensuring recruiters have the structure, tools, and training to deliver.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or agency operations.
• Strong track record leading recruiters, preferably from a full-cycle desk.
• Experience coaching remote, distributed, or offshore teams.
• Proven ability to scale a recruiting team during growth while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruiting organization across U.S. and offshore teams with consistent execution and service standards.
• Forecast capacity against client demand and justify headcount to leadership.
• Coach, train, and develop recruiters on search strategy, qualification, and client communication.
• Set workflows, expectations, and accountability; monitor workloads, pipelines, and placements for risks.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and retention for the recruiting team; partner with Sales Manager on capacity and pipeline alignment.
