Job summary

BuckledIn is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-state recruiting effort from a remote setting with occasional travel. You will report to the Senior Director of Recruitment, Onboarding and Compliance and collaborate across onboarding, operations, and vendors.

You’ll manage vendors and direct reports while driving hiring goals. The role requires 3–4 years of management, 2+ years remote work, and strong experience in scalable recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years as recruitment manager with a strong track record of timely recruitment.
• At least 2 years of remote work experience (hybrid or COVID remote not considered).
• 3-4 years of people management experience.
• 3 years high-volume recruitment experience across multiple states.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging technology to improve process efficiency.
• Experience hiring non-salary positions.
• Highly proficient in Google Suite tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a working computer with a camera and microphone and a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage direct reports to ensure hiring goals are met.
• Track, improve, evaluate, and be accountable for team performance metrics.
• Organize and motivate people to accomplish activities on time and with quality.
• Support and lean in when capacity is needed.
• Listen to call recordings to provide coaching and techniques to improve recruitment conversion.
• Keep all training materials up to date.
• Manage the high-volume recruitment process across all metro areas.
• Generate leads using online and offline platforms.
• Ensure recruitment materials reflect current information (rubric, questions, postings).
• Support execution of driver referral program.
• Assist senior management with applicant experience strategies (AI testing, personas).
• A/B test job ads for best context.
• Create and maintain recruitment travel calendar.
• Support employer brand efforts.
• Collect reviews from current drivers.
• Keep online presence up to date to attract top talent.
• Identify opportunities for improvement by reviewing and escalating feedback.
• Update and maintains ATS and related recruitment systems.
• Create and maintain driver personas.
• Other duties as assigned.
