Airbnb is seeking a Recruiting Manager, Global Operations, to lead a team of recruiters across global operations and to personally run senior-level searches. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive data-informed recruitment strategies, and own capacity planning, process optimization, and inclusive pipelines across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior-level searches.
• 2+ years managing and developing a team of recruiters.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders as a strategic advisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of recruiters across Global Operations.
• Personally run end-to-end searches for senior/executive roles.
• Translate hiring needs into executable recruiting strategies for leaders.
• Own team-level metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, People and Global Operations to align headcount priorities.
• Drive process design, tooling decisions, and recruiter development programs.
