Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to lead the coordination, systems, and process infrastructure for our recruiting function. You will manage a team of recruiting coordinators, own ATS and scheduling workflows, and shape the operational strategy to scale with the business.

You will collaborate across Recruiting and People Operations to deliver repeatable processes, maintain data hygiene, and ensure SOX-readiness as we grow as a publicly traded company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in recruiting operations
• Hands-on experience with recruiting coordination and systems
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Proven ability to build repeatable processes and ensure data hygiene
• Experience building and documenting recruiting programs and workflows
• Collaboration with People Operations on offer letters and background checks

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for day-to-day operation of recruiting systems (Ashby) and scheduling tools (ModernLoop)
• Lead the recruiting coordination team: scheduling, candidate communications, interview logistics
• Translate strategy into documented, repeatable processes for scaling recruiting
• Maintain data hygiene across recruiting systems and ensure clean, accurate records
• Partner with People Operations on offer letters and background checks; ensure smooth handoffs
• Develop and mentor recruiting coordinators and systems specialists for operational excellence
