Job summary

Jane Street Group, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to optimize global recruiting processes, support systems, and lead key projects. You will be based in our New York office and collaborate with teams across Europe and Asia.

You will master the recruiting tech stack, document workflows, drive initiatives from planning to execution, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders. Strong PM skills and analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experienced with recruiting tools and technologies.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• A systematic thinker with experience documenting complex processes.
• A self-sufficient problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity.
• Comfortable analyzing data and drawing conclusions from it.
• Experience developing tools in partnership with engineering and product teams is a plus.
• Experience working on multi-disciplinary recruiting teams or in multi-office, high-growth environments is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Master the recruiting tech stack, troubleshoot issues, and provide time zone-specific coverage for global offices.
• Document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to reduce friction.
• Drive recruiting initiatives from planning to execution and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams on recruiting tools and translate user needs into requirements.
• Maintain data integrity, create reports on key metrics, and offer data-driven recommendations.
