Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the hiring process and deliver a seamless candidate/stakeholder experience.
• Schedule and monitor interviews, inform participants and resolve logistical issues quickly.
• Prepare reference summaries and materials for hiring discussions.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation in project-management systems.
• Partner with recruiters and HR colleagues on recruiting activity and process improvements.
• Use generative AI and other tools responsibly within established workflows and controls.
