Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Recruitment Coordination specialist to manage interview scheduling across APAC and EMEA while supporting a fast-growing global team. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure accurate, timely communications and a consistently positive experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar support.
• Proficiency with calendar management and scheduling tools like Google Calendar and Ashby.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and changing priorities without compromising quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Global collaboration across time zones and distributed teams.
• Willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity.
• Based in India and able to work remotely with IST hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm interviews across multiple time zones, including APAC and EMEA.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates and provide timely updates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on scheduling priorities.
• Maintain candidate records and schedules in the Ashby ATS and support reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to scheduling workflows.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed Talent team and participate in regular syncs.
• Balance competing scheduling requests and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Apply AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance output quality.
