Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years proven success in a manager or director level role.
• Extremely team oriented with strong collaboration skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including pivot tables.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and governance of global accounts.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential materials professionally.
• Commitment to standardized processes and cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Client meetings with RFP responses and reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and transition of clients to global production.
• Respond to and resolve escalated client issues.
• Develop goals for productivity and quality with global partners.
• Perform data analysis, develop action plans and training.
• Manage chase activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain credentials to match inventory and production plans.
• Provide training support to global partners in-country and virtually.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Operate as a liaison between regional operations and global teams.
