Sharecare is seeking a Manager of Global Operations to lead cross-functional teams across global accounts, ensuring timely, professional execution and alignment with company goals.

The role emphasizes global partner engagement, operational efficiency, and P&L profitability, working with senior leaders to implement scalable processes and training that improve member experience and outcomes.

Formación

• 7-10 years proven success in a manager or director level role.
• Extremely team oriented.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including pivot tables.
• Experience using Power BI for managing global partners.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Detail oriented with problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales and Customer Service with RFP responses and client reviews.
• Manage transitions of clients from Onshore to Global accounts.
• Lead and coordinate global partner engagement and performance initiatives.
• Analyze operations and implement training and corrective actions.
• Maintain SOP documentation for all Global Accounts.
• Drive KPI targets for Productivity and Quality across Global Partners.
