Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years proven success in manager or director level role.
• Extremely team oriented and collaborative.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tools.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Global Account Management Support: assist Sales/Customer Service with RFPs and meetings.
• Support transition of Onshore clients to Global accounts and coordinate reviews.
• Global Operational Support: resolve escalated issues and support productivity/quality goals.
• Quality Control: analyze data and implement actions/training.
• Queue Management: perform analysis and corrective actions/training.
• Provide Training Support to Global Partners in-country and virtually.
• Monitor accounts and communicate updates to CHASE team members.
