Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in logistics, automation, or industrial environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional, international teams.
• PM certification preferred: PMP, CAPM, IPMA, PRINCE2.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with structured problem solving.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contract owner, managing obligations, risks, and customer expectations.
• Prepare and manage change orders, variation requests, and additional sales opportunities.
• Lead diverse international, cross-functional project teams (engineering, software, site management, subcontractors).
• Ensure adherence to Körber's Project Excellence methodology and documentation processes.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions, deliver on time and budget.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and acceptance milestones (PAC/FAC).
• Provide regular status updates and escalation recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, supplier tenders, invoicing, and milestone reporting.
